Ingredients

Ragi flour - 1 cup
Salt - As per taste
Water - 2 cups
Oil - for greasing

           

Dry roast ragi flour for 2-3 minutes in a pan. Boil two cups of water, add salt. Add the boiled water little by little to the flour and stir constantly.Make it to a soft dough and knead the dough well. Grease Idiyappam mould and take a small amount of dough & place inside the mould.Gently press the dough on Idli plates slightly rotate until you make a circle.Steam cook for 5 minutes. Serve with any Curry.
